I dropped my car off at 8, shuttle driver took me to work and my car was ready by 10. Shuttle driver came back for me when it was convenient for me and I picked up my car like it was brand new again! ❤️❤️

Gustavo engaged in deceit and falsely informed a better APR than what was present. In addition, he failed to configure the vehicle after purchase. When confronted about it, he said to bring it in and it won’t take long to fix. I was there for two full days and no result. I was then directed to make an appointment over a month later. He then informed me my plates would be mailed to the dealership. When called for a status update, I was informed they would be mailed to me. When I arrived to obtain the registration they informed me to use my old plates. In addition, the vehicle immediately displayed a dynamic cornering light error. Instructed to bring the vehicle in, and after waiting for hours, was told to make an appointment a month later. Hoy sent me a reimbursement check and spelled my name wrong. Incredibly disappointed with the whole experience. Filled with deceit, problems with the vehicle, and can’t even spell my name correctly.
