The wait time was five hours. It should’ve been done in three. I do not understand why it took so long but I think I got forgotten for the first couple hours.

Randy Rangel and Patricio Quiroz brought us back as VW customers in 2023. Our experience was so positive that we returned to purchase our 2025 Jetta in late July. We had a 2013 Jetta and needed a new one. I texted Randy to say we wanted to see the new Jetta. He replied promptly and we set up a time. Upon our arrival, he asked us about our wants/needs for the car and had two or three cars ready to show. We immediately liked the Sport version and began to negotiate with him. He and Patricio worked with us to find a price that worked for us. They are both very patient, well informed on the car and purchase options. Their interpersonal skills and concern for us as customers were outstanding. My wife will only purchase VWs, and after our first Jetta I am now also a big fan. We had not even considered a VW because of my own experiences with the previous Hoy-Fox Infiniti dealer. Randy and Patricio did a great job of regaining our trust in the overall Hoy Family of Dealerships and should be commended. It is often difficult to regain lost customers but they showed us what the Hoy VW Dealership does for its clients. We love the car and find it is of a better build quality than the Honda Accord that we traded-in. Excellent reps for VW and a great dealership!

I was never contacted about my service. I did an overnight drop off and I had to call to find out my repairs were complete. No complimentary car wash performed.
