The whole process was easy everyone was extremely helpful. I only wish I could’ve had a loner car for the day since I needed for work.

Very friendly and courteous staff. Was able to change out my VWs battery under warranty. Chairs in lobby could be a little more comfortable for the customers that have to wait, understandably the service does take some time. I do appreciate the snacks and drinks available.
