I took my SUV in because the AC was not working. The vehicle is under warranty and one year old. The dealership did not have any loaner vehicles and I was forced to rent a car out of my own pocket.

My service person told me that my remote start problem wasn’t able to be fixed because the “app sucks”. I told them that I didn’t pay $60,000 for me not to be able to remote start my car (my husband has a 2019 that remote starts every single time). They shrugged their shoulders and said “well my app tells me my car is always two blocks away”. And ignored me.
