we waited for a part to arrive for several weeks because it was on backorder. It got here and we were informed of the arrival and scheduled a day to take our Tiguan to the service depoartment. It took some time but it's been a few weeks and no problems have arrised. The diagnostic was very precise. Thank you for the great service.

My experience at Hoy Fox VW has always been great. My Service Advisor Jennifer Stockman is the reason why I always return to Hoy VW Service. Jennifer is the prime example of how any Service Advisor should treat their customer, professionally, courteous, and sincere.
