My car was delivered without the ability to connect to the appn which is supposed to be one of the safety benefits of my car. When I brought it to the salesman's attention I was asked to call on Monday if the red light did not show up. The red light did not appear, I contact the salesman on Monday, Oct 28, I am scheduled to bring my car in 2 weeks later on Friday, 15 Oct. 2 1/2 weeks after purchasing my car I get to go out of my way to get what should have been taken care of before my car was released to me. I received an email from Mr. Hoy saying to call him if I could not give a top rating. I called yesterday and have not received a return call back. I am a little frustrated by this situation.
