I had an excellent experience at Hoy VW service dept! The customer service was truly outstanding from start to finish. Marcus was incredibly professional, attentive, and made sure I was kept informed throughout the entire process. Jonathan went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed—he even arranged a ride back so I could pick up my car on time to get my kids, which meant so much to me. It’s rare to find a team that genuinely cares about both the service and the customer’s personal needs, but Marcus and Jonathan absolutely delivered. I couldn’t be happier with the level of service I received, and I’ll definitely be returning for future maintenance. Highly
