I don’t have anything against the service personnel dept but I’m beyond frustrated with my vehicle and the issues that continue to happen with it. Nothing really has been resolved and I’ve been there several times for same issues. I’m a huge fan of vw but this recent experience with my leased vehicle has turned me off with vw vehicles.

I understand that my sales consultant was new and didn't expect him to know everything. It was a holiday week and felt that the sales consultant and finance manager were more focused on their Christmas plans than focusing on the details and explanations to and for the customer.

This is the last time I ask for a car wash. Paint was full of spots, floor mats were dirty, a guy left is bottle of water inside. Car was a lot cleaner before visiting the dealership.
