I asked that an active recall item be rectified while my vehicle was being serviced and it had not. I had to once again request it luckily the solution to the recall was easily rectifiable or no telling how long my wait would have been. Also I came for a a 20,000 mile oil change and my tires were not rotated. Something that I thought was apart of the first few oil changes. However, my vehicle was in and out.
