Customer Service skills are lacking. It’s almost a hands-off approach that comes across from your service staff. I have been to this location several times and each time I’ve had an issue with the customer service. The individual helping me Aaron Perez was on the phone the whole time during intake I acknowledge that he was on hold however he cut me off mid sentence to answer the other person on the line. I do not feel his whole attention was on me or the service he was going to provide for my vehicle, I dropped it off at 8:30 and it was listed and scheduled as a waiter. I did not find out anything about my vehicle till after 1 p.m. I asked about getting the vehicle inspected and apparently I have to drive it 50 to 100 miles in order for them to conduct the service the oil light was on. I had just changed the oil at another location and he refused to deactivate the light indicator rather he printed out a copy of instructions for me to do it. I took my vehicle directly from VW to another location for the inspection and they deactivate the light without problems or charges.

The service advisor acted shady, he called trying to replace the rear break pads, when told I had changed them recently he changed the story and said it was the front break pads. He also called another dealership and provided them with the vin of my vehicle. When I called they said he gave them another number. Again, really shady to mess that up.
