    The dealership itself has been great. Easy to work with, great customer service, and a great feel from start to finish. However, the vehicle is already in the shop because of a defective part on the sliding door over the cell phone charger. This is a real shame that I wish we didnt have to go through.

    I had my car serviced at my home through HOY VW's mobile mechanic service, I did not visit the dealership. My answers are based on that experience. The overall process worked well, from the scheduling of the appointment to the technician showing up and completing the work in a timely manner. This was my first time using the mobile mechanic service and I was pleased with the overall experience.

    I have been to the dealership 6 times for the same issue,they never get it fixed they always say the breaks are good blah blah blah but since I purchased the vehicle my brakes make a HORRIBLE loud screech noise and brake slip and all they tell me is we sprayed them that’ll fix it,but it’s been almost a year with the same issue!!! I have kids,I work I have afterschool baseball/softball games I can’t leave me vehicle with them again for another 2 months like I did the very 1st time!! The service is horrible I’m sure if it was one of their vehicles it would be fixed and they wouldn’t just temporarily spray them so the noise would stop and comes right back again in 15 min.

    Hoy finance would not accept my personal check for the balance due on 2024 Tiguan. We were told we had to go BofA and have them issue a bank check made out to Hoy VW. We bought the 2018 at Hoy. Had all required maintenance and repair done at Hoy. I felt we had an established business relationship with Hoy VW. Had the car not been for my wife, I would have torn up the deal and walked out. Trust is a two way street!
