I have leased 3 Jettas from Hoy. The first two messaged me via the dashboard regarding the need for a checkup. This current one did not. I brought my car in for its first oul change at5,460 miles. When I left, the paper stated that I “asked for a 20,000 mile check up”. Complete BS. I always prepay for service and have turned in my Jettas after their completed lease with 13,000-15,000 miles. Nice way to screw me out of my prepaid service plan!

I am very happy with the service department.. I took my car in because of a recall. Richy Guerra and his team took care of the issue and still took time to wash n top off all fluids on my sweet ride.
