Took over 2 weeks to get my first appointment, had to book a second appointment for the same issue a week later. When I picked up the car the second time they told me a valve had to be replaced, drove a block the engine light was on again, epc light was on, and got a message that the transmission was in emergency mode. So I drove it right back to the dealership and told them what happened. Apparently they didn't tie the valve correctly so it was loose. Staff was nice though.
For the next question I was able to book the 2nd appointment for the next day because I guess someone cancelled and it opened up. Over 14 days for the first appointment

Jennifer, was very orofessional. She was prompt in assisting me to get all the issues of my car . Delivered the car within the day. I had been told prior that I was going to have to leave the car for a couple of days. That was not the case. Everyone from the clerical to the driver who took me home were very friendly and professional.

I am happy that my vehicle appears to have been serviced correctly and appreciated meeting with the technician who did the work. I was not happy with the amount of time it took to get this done and that my vehicle was not even looked at for several days. Also, the service advisors did not seem to know the status of my vehicle, they would put me on hold and speak with the technician or read the technician's notes. Finally, the service advisor I was working with suddenly "is not an employee with us any longer", so I wasn't sure how to feel about that.
