    Good day. I have purchased a new 2024 VW Atlas to a replace a 2022 Atlas with brake issues. After VW América refused to buy back vehicle, Mr Meza and salesman Robert assured me and offered me a new one that would not have brake issues. I paid over $7000 to get in to new vehicle and problems with braking appeared after less than a year of use. Was recently there at Hoy Fox to inform Mr Meza and salesman Robert but no response has been received, other than VW will not cover repair charges of over $700 to replace faulty brakes in front and back.
