About a week ago, my Tiguan had the fuel pump and fuel computer replaced due to a malfunction. Despite the repair, the fuel gauge still shows there is gas when the tank is actually empty. This caused the vehicle to completely shut down. Now, I’ve been asked to make another appointment for reassessment, which means another week without my vehicle — all because the issue wasn’t properly fixed the first time. Very frustrating experience and a major inconvenience.

Always get the run around. Nobody ever knows what’s going on and my car has had more problems than any other car I’ve ever owned. And it’s a brand new car. They never fix the problems that I take it in for. Nothing ever gets fixed. Will never buy a Volkswagen again!!!
