    The vehicle was due for an oil change at 30,000 miles. On my way to Hoy VW, a coolant warning light came on. I informed the service advisor, and he said they would check it during the oil change. Later, when the advisor called, he only mentioned that the engine air filter was dirty and recommended replacing it. I had to ask about the coolant myself, and he simply said it had been checked, there were no leaks, but the level was low and had been topped off. However, when I reviewed the paperwork at home, I noticed that the technician had marked the coolant as “Good” on the inspection checklist, which contradicts what the advisor told me. This raised concerns about whether the coolant was actually checked properly. Additionally, I noticed that a tire rotation was not performed, even though the VW maintenance schedule indicates it should be done every 10,000 miles. I called the service center and spoke with Juan Hernandez. He apologized for the oversight and asked if I could bring the vehicle back in to have the service completed. Juan also said he would notify Chris Williams.
