I purchased a tire for more than $300. Hoy VW put on a used tire with wear showing and it was full mud mud as if it were in the sun. I called to get another one or at least a refund and Hoy is just stalling.

The sales staff was very polite, professional and informative. I did not feel pressured, I was able to test drive the car I was interested. My questions were answered and the management team is amazing. I felt confident with my selection, and the salesman who helped me was understanding and did not pressure me. He presented all my options and I felt like my questions were heard and answered. This dealership has great systems in place and it was a pleasant experience overall. I test drove the car on Saturday, called on a Tuesday and the paperwork was ready for me on Wednesday. I love the service! Thank you for taking such good care of me!
