Even on a gross, rainy day, Armando took good care of us. We didn't feel pressured or like we were getting swindled. This is our first VW after having a couple of Subaru's so this was a big step lol, but we feel good about Hoy and about the car.

My husband and I just bought a VW Atlas from Luis at Hoy. It was by far the best buying experience I've ever had. Luis was knowledgeable. He listened to what we needed and wasn't pushy like other sales people at other dealers. The dealership was organized and the finance staff very professional. Great overall experience. Will definitely buy another car from them.

I just bought an Atlas from Hoy and had a great experience with the whole process. I worked with Gustavo Holcombe and he and his team made the whole process simple and quick. From the time I arrived I was warmly welcomed and all my questions were answered. Once we moved on to the purchase it was just as simple and straight forward. Definitely check them out if you are in the market for a VW.

Even with a slight issue, it was handled quickly and professionally and as the buyer, left an impression that they really were trying to meet my needs and not just sell me a car. Luis Barragan, is the person you need to ask for help if you are looking for a new car. He was very helpful, attentive and took the time to show me the vehicles I wanted to see. I knew what I wanted in a vehicle and he didn’t push me into another car HE wanted, like I have experienced in the past. Also, no pesky sales calls.
